Sustainable Science and Innovation Presents Outstanding Poster Awards at the CCS-The Fifth National Organic Radical Chemistry Conference
Sustainable Science and Innovation (SSI) was pleased to present the Outstanding Poster Awards at the CCS-The Fifth National Organic Radical Chemistry Conference, held from October 23 to 25, 2026, in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. At the closing ceremony, Professor Teck-Peng Loh, Editor-in-Chief of SSI, presented certificates and prizes to the award recipients on behalf of the journal, recognizing their research achievements and contributions to scientific innovation.

Co-hosted by the Organic Chemistry Division of the Chinese Chemical Society and the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), the conference was held under the theme "Breakthroughs and Challenges in Radical Chemistry." It brought together established scholars and early-career researchers to exchange ideas and discuss advances in radical chemistry, including novel radical generation strategies, reaction design, asymmetric synthesis, mechanistic investigations, and functional applications.
Through the Outstanding Poster Awards, SSI seeks to recognize promising research, encourage scientific creativity, and support researchers advancing knowledge in organic chemistry and related fields. The initiative also reflects the journal's broader commitment to fostering research that connects fundamental scientific discoveries with green chemistry, sustainable synthesis, and innovative approaches to environmental and societal challenges.

As an international, peer-reviewed, gold open access journal, SSI welcomes high-quality original research, reviews, perspectives, and short communications that advance clean, green, and sustainable science across disciplines.
Congratulations to all the award recipients! SSI looks forward to supporting researchers and promoting scientific exchange that contributes to a more sustainable future.
